Just found a potato cam pic on a microSD card from a circa-2007 flip phone of the day I brought home my S10 ZQ8. Vortec 4.3L, automatic, RWD. Only kept it a few years, because I had an unplanned child. It rode like crap, rattled like crazy, and something was always broken. But man I miss that truck.

I knew a guy with one of those, in black. Seemed like any time we wound up in the same place he managed to get that thing stuck in snow. More a reflection on the driver than the truck itself I suppose, no one should be driving something that low through a foot of old crusty snow.

Yeah without any weight in the back it basically had zero traction. I once spun it in a light drizzle. I can't imagine trying to take it out in snow.

Hah good point. I've had cars for shorter periods of time. But I bought it with 40k and sold it with 70... I had hoped when I bought it to keep to at least 100.
